Friendly staff, lovely design. I really liked the art work in the hall way to the reception area. The court yard is amazing, we were graced by the presence of beautiful peacocks pools and wonderful flower set up on an artificial waterfall/fountain. The rooms are great well conditioned. WiFi is available and behind the hotel through my hotel room was lucky to catch a glimpse of the wild buck that is bred at this place. The food is also good had properly marinated barbecued pork, chicken and sausage with a wide variety of salads for lunch. I recommend this place my favourite in Zambia so far.
Very helpful and friendly staff, good presence of management. The rooms are clean and well maintained however a little outdated and basic. The WiFi connection is available but one can not connect because it very poor. The breakfast is basic, the pool area is beautiful and peaceful, the hotel has some animal running freely within the facility which is lovely to see. I would rate the hotel as 2 star but because of their great service they get 4 stars.
Mukuba hotel is known as the gem of the copperbelt. It is an old hotel established in the 80s and has that feel, touch and smell of a hotel that has been around for a while. However, the service is excellent and the environment quite peaceful. The internet is however very slow and the food is average. Room rates are also basically at par with the newer hotels. If you are in Ndola, this could be one of the places you would consider staying at
Nice serene location away from town centre, friendly staff and great views with gazelles and peacocks. Facilities include a restaurant, bar, gym, pool and outside bar. The place seems to be stuck in the 80s if you look at the decor, but it is one of the best hotels in this area.
